Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Oyester Homes Chennai Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate or construction sector, with strong skills in client handling, lead generation, and property sales. The role involves promoting residential/commercial projects, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels such as online platforms and field marketing.
  • Conduct site visits with prospective clients and explain project features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to the management team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and support during pre- and post-sales stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Any related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven sales and marketing experience in real estate/building & construction sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil (additional languages will be an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
