Position Purpose
The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the nationwide retail sales function across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on supervising and supporting regional sales representatives and branch sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
The Sales Manager ensures consistent store execution, strong customer relationships, sales discipline, and alignment with company objectives — while maintaining high standards of service, profitability, and brand presence in the retail market.
Key Responsibilities
1️ Retail Sales Management & Performance Control
- Supervise and support regional and branch sales representatives across Saudi Arabia
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor sales pipeline, branch performance, and retail execution discipline
- Review sales activities and store performance regularly
- Implement structured follow-up to maintain accountability and target focus
2️ Team Leadership & Supervision
- Conduct regular performance reviews for sales representatives
- Monitor individual and team KPIs
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture
- Conduct market and field visits to support the team
- Provide coaching, direction, and motivation
3️ Customer & Market Engagement
- Take ownership of key retail customer relationships
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all touch points
- Maintain strong relationships with retail distributors and partners
- Conduct retail market analysis covering:
- – Pricing trends– Competitor activity– Consumer demand– New technologies
- 4️ After-Sales & Service Quality
- Ensure after-sales service standards are upheld
- Work closely with operations and technical support teams
- Ensure warranty, service, and follow-up processes are executed properly
5️ Internal Coordination
- Act as the main link between the retail sales team and Head Office departments:
- – Design– Production– Logistics– Finance
- Ensure:
- – Smooth order processing– Delivery tracking– Pricing alignment– Handling of client customization requests
- 6️ Reporting & Governance
- Submit regular retail performance reports
- Track KPIs and sales dashboards
- Support company revenue and profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with approved pricing and commercial policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of B2C retail sales experience
- Preferably in lighting, construction materials, or technical product sectors
- Proven experience managing and motivating regional retail sales teams
