Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Trade Manager with a strong background in LED lighting sales and distribution. This role is responsible for leading sales operations, expanding trade networks, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and strong client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets
  • Build, manage, and strengthen trade and distribution networks for LED lighting products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demand
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance overall performance
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable performance insights to management
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth execution of order processing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in LED lighting or electrical product sales/trade
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering (advantageous)
  • Strong results-driven mindset with solid business acumen
