We are Marysville Toyota, and we pride ourselves on delivering a phenomenal customer experience for our guests every time they visit our store. We are looking for an Experience Consultant in our Sales Department. This candidate will work with our sales team on driving traffic into our sales department while maintaining an elite level of customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role and you will be working directly with customers to ensure they receive a second-to-none, customer experience. We have found that the best people for this role are people that just genuinely enjoy helping other people. THE ROLE

Assist new customers with their vehicle needs. Respond to all phone and internet sales inquiries, and work with fellow associates to maximize and increase the number of leads, appointments, and sales for the sales department. Generate new lead sources and grow our social media footprint in the community. Create new strategies to help grow our digital platform resulting in more sales opportunities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in alongside their team members to achieve a common goal. Retail customer service experience, retail sales experience, or equivalent experience required. Must be goal oriented and driven by achieving results as a team. Must be able to work both independently and as a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Nurture enriching relationships with customers and fellow employees

Exhibit consultative selling skills

Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become brand expert

Must gain full mastery of our digital CRM system

Conduct regular one-on-ones with manager to improve individual growth and effectiveness

Establish departmental goals, strategies, and action plan to achieve established forecast

Work closely with fellow team members and Experience Consultants to attain sales goals

QUALIFICATIONS

Must exhibit excellent communication skills. Must truly believe in a customer first and employee centric working environment. Must be able to find solutions to address customer concerns while maintaining our business principles. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
