What We're Looking For
● 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of opening new accounts and closing complex, high-value deals
● Background in EdTech, L&D, HR technology, or workforce solutions — you understand how organisations think about talent development, and you know how L&D buying decisions get made
● Suffi cient knowledge of AI and digital technologies to hold credible conversations with technical and business leaders about AI upskilling programs — you don't need to be a data scientist, but you need to understand the landscape well enough to be a trusted adviser
● Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles where you're building a business case as much as closing a deal
● A consultative, problem-fi rst approach to sales — you're not selling off the shelf, you're designing a solution through dialogue
● An established network in Saudi Arabia across corporate, government, or public sector organisations, or a clear, credible plan to build one
● Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken — you'll switch between both depending on the client and the room
● Deep familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting
● Based in Saudi Arabia, with fl exibility to travel within the Kingdom and regionally
