Job Description: Sales Account Engineer (ELV Systems) – Abu Dhabi Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Engineer with experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling CCTV, Access Control, Audio Visual, Lighting Control, Structured Cabling and ICT Active and Passive components related solutions to clients.
This role involves managing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and target potential clients for ELV solutions.
· Present and sell company products and services to existing and new clients.
· Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activity.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
· Client Relationship Management:
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
· Identify customer needs and provide suitable ELV solutions.
· Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
· Prepare proposals, sales contracts, and other documentation.
· Ensure timely activation and maintenance of contract services.
· Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Conduct quality checks and follow-ups to maintain service standards.
· Prepare status reports, including sales activities, forecasts, and client feedback.
· Communicate market trends, competitor activities, and product development needs to the company.
· Develop sales materials and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
· Coordinate with company staff to complete sales processes.
· Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· BSC Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV system sales in the UAE market.
· Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Sales & Communication Skills:
· Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + commission structure + benefits as per UAE labour law.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
