Sales Account Executive

About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about client success, skilled in building lasting relationships, and excited to drive revenue growth by offering advertising solutions that deliver real impact. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching advertising services, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and present tailored advertising solutions
  • Manage client accounts, campaigns, and day-to-day communications
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with creative and media teams to deliver successful campaigns
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management and business development in advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of advertising services (digital, print, social media)
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications and Business
