Job Title: Sales Account Executive – KSA

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

About the Role:
KalSoft is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team in KSA. The role is ideal for a professional passionate about business development, client engagement, and driving technology-based solutions within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory and industry verticals.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored technology solutions that address client needs.

  • Participate in proposal development, contract negotiations, and sales presentations.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and strategic account planning.

  • Represent KalSoft at client meetings, events, and industry forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Atleast 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT solutions or enterprise technology domains.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

  • Based in KSA with valid residency and work eligibility.
