Sales Account Executive

About The Role

We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to help grow our revenue by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to bring new customers on board and expand existing accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by clear goals and impact.

What You'll do

  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Source and qualify new revenue opportunities through both outbound and inbound efforts
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Assess customer requirements and present our product as the best-fit solution
  • Keep CRM records up to date with accurate pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support growth initiatives
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Continuously optimize sales positioning and messaging using market and customer insights

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, with SaaS exposure considered an advantage
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple deals at the same time
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Highly driven, performance-focused, and adaptable
  • Quick to grasp and understand complex products and solutions

Nice To Have

  • Experience selling to [SMBs / Mid-market / Enterprise]
  • Experience in [industry/domain, e.g., fintech, data, AI, healthcare]
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)
