Sales Account Executive (B2B Experience)

Job Summary:


As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our corporate client base. Your role will involve lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals to meet sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who understands the UAE corporate market, has strong negotiation skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and corporate outreach.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome while adhering to company values and profitability.

• Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed corporate sales targets, aligned with the company’s growth goals.

• Account Management: Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, maintaining regular contact to ensure their needs are met, and identify opportunities for additional business.

• CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales activities, and ensure accurate reporting of progress towards sales targets.

• Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with trends and developments in the flower industry and hospitality sector to better understand client needs and present relevant solutions.


Requirements:

• 2-3 years of corporate sales experience within the UAE.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Basic understanding of the flower industry or hospitality sector preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for relationship building and negotiation.

• Proficient in using CRM systems to manage sales activities and track leads.

• Valid UAE driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
