Are you a dedicated sales professional with a proven track record in a competitive sales role, preferably within the events industry? We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager who can drive new client acquisition, foster relationships, and contribute to our business growth. You will play a critical role in identifying potential leads, educating them about our platform, understanding their needs, and persuading them to partner with us, ensuring top-notch relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and management to generate new client base using existing and potential networks.
- Relationship management with existing customers to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Staying up-to-date regarding details of our platform offerings and USPs with the ability to confidently relay these.
- Meeting sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and solutions.
- Prepare and update client reports and records regularly.
- Analyse and present sales performance metrics to the management on a regular basis
- Manage invoicing setup, maintenance, and tracking processes.Reporting on the status of accounts and transactions
- Handle incoming inquiries and communications from prospective clients promptly and professionally.
- Take note of clients' suggestions or complaints and forward them to relevant teams.
- Attend training sessions to enhance communication skills and deepen client engagement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a Sales Account Executive / Sales Assistant role, preferably in the Events industry
- Demonstrated success in sales and relationship management, delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot etc) and MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A valid UAE driving license.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Arabic speaking would be an added advantage
