Sales Account Manager

Primary Objective :


The SF Account Manager is a ‘control tower’ for all sales and Co-ordination of operational responsibilities of SF activity. Primary responsibilities include – lead generation, sales, weekly reporting, occupancy and planning management.


Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned sectors in line with the company vision and values.


Major Accountabilities:

  • Embrace JCDecaux way of consultative selling as per the in-house Sales Intelligence process
  • Assess and analyze the market promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific and new targets to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts in coordination with the Marketing, Client Servicing and Finance Departments.
  • Establish and maintain current agencies, client and potential client relationships.
  • Map out and cover all agency planners, buyers and clients in direct.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
  • Identify and resolve agencies and client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field – At least 3–4-year experience in Sales / or Customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and media markets
  • Reflect motivating soft skills, take initiatives and give constructive feedback
  • Initiate and coordinate development plans to penetrate new markets and acquire potential clients
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts of direct clients.
  • Reflect a presentable and professional image of the company through personal image and character.
  • 360-degree account management
