About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to help our sales team work smarter. The role is more about managing systems, tools, and data. You’ll handle CRMs, track leads, and keep everything running smoothly through automation and smart organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and update our HubSpot CRM to keep data accurate.
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on tasks and action points.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Snov.io for sales tracking and management.
  • Create simple automation workflows to save time and improve processes.
  • Prepare and share basic sales reports.
  • Work with the marketing and pre-sales teams to make sure leads are handled properly.
  • Keep all sales-related information well organized and documented.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM (must-have).
  • Comfortable using tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Snov.io.
  • Good at using technology and learning new tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and good at taking notes.
  • 1 years of experience in sales operations or CRM management.
  • Experience in an IT company or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
