Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and driving sales of NIL’s professional services, managed services, consultancy, and learning & talent development offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients in KSA.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Promote NIL Middle East's full range of ICT and learning solutions in the market.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
  • Maintain detailed sales records and forecasts through CRM systems.
  • Represent NIL ME at client meetings, trade events, and regional engagements.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management within the ICT sector in the GCC region .
  • Proven record in selling professional services, managed services, consultancy , or learning and talent development solutions .
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT learning services sales .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Technical background or knowledge in networking and ICT is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Based in KSA , with travel flexibility across the GCC (approximately one week per month).
