Sales Account Manager

• Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Bahrain. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Additionally, the Sales Account Manager will regularly communicate with team members to share insights and collaborate on achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwards, cargo, shipping, logistics.
• Knowledge in Bahrain market and sales experience.
• Expertise in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and concerns effectively
• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is an advantage

Pay: BD900.000 - BD1,000.000 per month
