Job Opening: Sales Manager – Events & Exhibition

MaSs Production, a leading events, exhibitions, and production company in Qatar , is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Events to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate has a strong network, proven sales track record, and a deep understanding of event, exhibition, and production services.
Responsibilities
- Lead B2B sales for events, exhibitions, production, and contracting services.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across corporate, government, and private sectors.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, venues, and partners.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and commercial offers in coordination with operations and production teams.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets with clear reporting.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and drive repeat business.
- Work closely with management to develop sales strategy and pricing.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in events, exhibitions, production, or marketing agencies, is a must.
- Strong understanding of exhibition contracting, booth production, fabrication, branding, and event management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Existing client network in KSA is a strong advantage.
- Valid KSA driving license preferred.
