Sales Account Manager

Will also be responsible for territory in Salt Lake City and Reno. This is also an in office opportunity located in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients within targeted industries
  • Engage in warm calling to establish initial contact and build rapport with prospective clients
  • Lead negotiations to close deals that align with company goals while delivering value to clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress
  • Provide ongoing account management by understanding client needs, offering technical solutions, and fostering long-term relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of multi-branch or field operations environments.
  • Experience managing budgets and profit-and-loss performance.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory up to 50%, as needed for client engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
