The Key responsibilities:
-
The account manager should focus on building strategic relationships with major construction contractors, developers, real estate firms, industrial infrastructure projects, and government development programs in Saudi Arabia.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic construction and real estate clients in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia.

Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase penetration of IT/digital solutions within the construction sector.

Identify customer needs related to project delivery, automation, asset management, and organizational digitization.

Achieve assigned sales targets including revenue and account expansion goals.

Qualify leads and manages opportunities through the full sales cycle in C4C from Lead to win.

Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to propose customer-focused solutions.

Build project intelligence and maintain stakeholders mapping across target accounts
-
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM updates for all client activities.

Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and project kickoff meetings as a trusted advisor.

Ensure client satisfaction by engaging during execution and progress review meetings.
Qualifications and requirements:
-
2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales and account management.
-
Prior experience selling IT / Digital Transformation / Smart Construction solutions to Developers (e.g., PIF-backed projects), Contractors and Real estate asset operators

Good understanding of construction workflows such as estimating, procurement, project controls, and facilities management.

Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
-
Demonstrated success in building long-term client relationships and closing high-value opportunities.
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
-
Arabic & English fluency is mandatory.
-
Valid Saudi Driving License.
