Sales Account Manager - Corporate

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting corporate clients across sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and finance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR, procurement, C level).
  • Consultative approach and proposition.
  • Customize wellness solutions (e.g., fitness equipment, digital platforms, employee wellness programs) to meet client needs.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and proposals to showcase value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) for seamless project delivery.
  • Accept challenges and transform them into opportunities.
  • Track KPIs, forecast sales performance, and report pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent (MBA is a plus).
  • 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or fitness industries.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
