About the Role
Code Agrius is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth in our cybersecurity solutions portfolio. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing trusted guidance on security solutions that protect and empower organizations. This role requires strong sales acumen, the ability to manage RFQs/RFPs, and expertise in building trusted client relationships to deliver tailored security solution
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for cybersecurity products and services.
Identify, engage, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Understand client challenges and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver solution demonstrations and proposals.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Stay current on cybersecurity threats, market trends, and emerging technologies.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Provide accurate reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2–5 years’ proven experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (network security, cloud security, SOC, compliance, endpoint protection).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
