Sales Account Manager – Digital Transformation

We’re seeking a seasoned Account Manager with deep experience in the UAE market to lead client relationships and drive business growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored digital solutions that solve real-world challenges.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new business accounts across key industries in the UAE
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients
  • Understand client needs and propose customized digital transformation strategies
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape proposals and project scopes
  • Lead client presentations, solution demos, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor project execution and ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales within the UAE
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Proven track record of generating new business and managing enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, SaaS, cloud, or IT services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • UAE market knowledge and existing client network is a strong advantage
