Responsibilities

• Manage the sales funnel tool and perform systematic analysis of profit and loss topics,
• Prepare and report short-, mid-, and long-term sales forecasts,
• Analyze competitors’ activities, products, and pricing strategies,
• Identify market requirements and opportunities to achieve field sales and profitability targets,
• Track tender processes, set sales targets and business plans, and ensure their achievement,
• Manage budgeting processes for assigned accounts,
• Plan, organize, and conduct customer visits,
• Carry out activities aimed at acquiring new customers,
• Develop initiatives to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction,
• Actively represent the brand and participate in national and international congresses and trade fairs,
• Establish mechanisms to monitor customers’ purchasing activities and continuously update information about hospitals,
• Communicate and regularly update all required reports with relevant departments in a timely manner,
• Promote new products and services to potential customers and convert them into sales opportunities,
• Introduce and implement new promotional and sales-enhancing projects.

Qualifications

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in science or engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry,
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills,
• A team player with the ability to gain the support of colleagues,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (preferred),
• Strong presentation skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Willingness and ability to travel,
