Responsibilities

  • Coordination and execution of all sales activities within the assigned region for the products in the Dräger Safety product portfolio,
  • Comply with Dräger’s global ethics and compliance regulations,
  • Increase awareness of Dräger Safety products and enhance the quality of field services,
  • Monitor annual sales and profitability targets periodically and report performance results to the Director and relevant Manager,
  • Develop new sales channels and acquire new customers in line with company objectives,
  • Maintain and grow sales with existing customers by expanding product range and volume through cross-selling,
  • Prioritize and conduct regular visits to customers and distributors,
  • Promote newly added products within the portfolio and support internal functions in the execution of marketing programs, where applicable,
  • Track the periodic targets of assigned distributors and provide support in sales enhancement activities and stock management,
  • Lead the distributor sales team and contribute to their professional development.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Min. 2 years' experience and proven track record of sales to industry (B2B Channel),
  • Knowledge of industrial safety market is preferable,
  • Strong computer skills-MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) quote system software, CRM software, etc.,
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken),
  • Strong Analytical and strategical thinking,
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills,
  • Passion for sales and enthusiasm for role and to be able to deliver exceptional customer service,
  • Self-driven, proactive approach with good ability to prioritize and work without close supervision,
  • Willingness to travel on a flexible schedule.
