Responsibilities

Coordination and execution of all sales activities within the assigned region for the products in the Dräger Safety product portfolio,

Comply with Dräger’s global ethics and compliance regulations,
-
Increase awareness of
Dräger Safety
products and enhance the quality of field services,
-
Monitor annual sales and profitability targets periodically and report performance results to the Director and relevant Manager,
-
Develop new sales channels and acquire new customers in line with company objectives,
-
Maintain and grow sales with existing customers by expanding product range and volume through cross-selling,
-
Prioritize and conduct regular visits to customers and distributors,
-
Promote newly added products within the portfolio and support internal functions in the execution of marketing programs, where applicable,
-
Track the periodic targets of assigned distributors and provide support in sales enhancement activities and stock management,
-
Lead the distributor sales team and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree,
-
Min. 2 years' experience and proven track record of sales to industry (B2B Channel),
-
Knowledge of industrial safety market is preferable,
-
Strong computer skills-MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) quote system software, CRM software, etc.,

Fluent in English (written and spoken),
-
Strong Analytical and strategical thinking,
-
Excellent communication, presentation skills,
-
Passion for sales and enthusiasm for role and to be able to deliver exceptional customer service,

Self-driven, proactive approach with good ability to prioritize and work without close supervision,

Willingness to travel on a flexible schedule.
