Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and review daily sales transactions (cash & credit).
  • Issue sales invoices and ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on receivables.
  • Record and reconcile payments (cash, checks, bank transfers).
  • Prepare periodic sales reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse departments to ensure accurate data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales accounting or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems.
  • Good understanding of VAT regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
