Responsibilities:

  • Tending to customer enquiries through phone calls, fax and emails by following up on all correspondence.
  • Generating orders through following up quotations sent out to clients.
  • Recording quotation details on Excel file and record book.
  • Coordinating with Clients and Service Department regarding deliveries to ensure good quality of service.
  • Managing Client files and making sure that all necessary documents are filed with accurate information before submitting to Finance Department for Invoicing.
  • Following up on existing LPO for hire extension.
  • Preparing Sales Weekly Report information on behalf on the assigned Sales Engineer.
  • Weekly coordination and planning meetings with the assigned Sales Engineer.

Requirements:

  • College Degree in Administration or relevant qualifications
  • 2 years in Sales support role

Able to work long hours under pressure

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literate in MS office
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Can work with a minimum of supervision
  • Same industry or market knowledge an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Sales Admin: 2 years (Preferred)
