Responsibilities:
- Tending to customer enquiries through phone calls, fax and emails by following up on all correspondence.
- Generating orders through following up quotations sent out to clients.
- Recording quotation details on Excel file and record book.
- Coordinating with Clients and Service Department regarding deliveries to ensure good quality of service.
- Managing Client files and making sure that all necessary documents are filed with accurate information before submitting to Finance Department for Invoicing.
- Following up on existing LPO for hire extension.
- Preparing Sales Weekly Report information on behalf on the assigned Sales Engineer.
- Weekly coordination and planning meetings with the assigned Sales Engineer.

Requirements:
- College Degree in Administration or relevant qualifications
- 2 years in Sales support role
Able to work long hours under pressure
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Computer literate in MS office
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Can work with a minimum of supervision
- Same industry or market knowledge an advantage
