Sales Admin Assistant (Female)

We are seeking a well-organized and customer-focused Sales Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contracts.
  • Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Track pending orders and ensure timely communication with customers.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Handle filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel for the sales team.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales coordination or administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
