Sales Admin (Tagalog Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process enquiries of request for proposals.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information/documentation to ensure accuracy of the quotations.
  • Coordinate with the team to confirm RFP’s are addressed and deadlines are met.
  • Check data accuracy in quotations.
  • Submit quotations to clients, assuring timely deliveries.
  • Review contracts if standards are met.
  • Ensure awarded and running projects have contracts and up to date.
  • Communicate with the sales team to secure updated contracts prior to its expirations.
  • Process Variation Orders, secure proper approvals prior to submission and track its status
  • Project and data management (Technical and Commercial)
  • Maintain and update sales and client records.
  • Generate Sales Pipeline Report and analysis reports.
  • Process application of RTA NOC, DM Permits and all related NOC's and permits required for the project.
  • Perform any ad hoc activities.
