Sales & Administration Executive – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sales & Administration Executive to join our new office in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing business operations while handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily office and business operations independently
  • Handle sales activities, client coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and submit daily reports to upper management
  • Ensure smooth workflow and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related field
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and flexible
