The Sales Administration Specialist supports the commercial organization by managing order processing activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. This role plays a key part in enabling the sales team to achieve targets by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely handling of all sales-related operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from order entry to delivery coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, customer service, and sales teams to ensure timely order confirmation, shipment, and invoicing.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records, price lists, and product data within CRM and ERP systems.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the supply chain team to prioritize deliveries based on customer needs and sales commitments.
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and documentation required for tenders or customer proposals.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, and administrative requirements.
  • Track and report KPIs related to order accuracy, lead times, customer requests, and operational performance.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including contract documentation, credit checks, and after-sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, company guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.


Candidate Profile

Technical Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or order management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and data-driven reporting.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
