Job description:
The
Sales Administration Specialist
supports the commercial organization by managing order processing activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. This role plays a key part in enabling the sales team to achieve targets by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely handling of all sales-related operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from order entry to delivery coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with logistics, finance, customer service, and sales teams to ensure timely order confirmation, shipment, and invoicing.

Maintain up-to-date customer records, price lists, and product data within CRM and ERP systems.

Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the supply chain team to prioritize deliveries based on customer needs and sales commitments.

Prepare quotations, sales reports, and documentation required for tenders or customer proposals.

Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, and administrative requirements.

Track and report KPIs related to order accuracy, lead times, customer requests, and operational performance.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including contract documentation, credit checks, and after-sales processes.

Ensure compliance with internal processes, company guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
Technical Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

2–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or order management.

Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred).

Excellent proficiency in Excel and data-driven reporting.

Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
