Sales Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient office management, and exceptional customer support. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help drive our sales efforts forward while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming orders and sales documents from our field team.
  • Support sales team with data entry, CRM updates, and tracking sales activities.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, credit memos.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs.
  • Proofread and review sales documents, proposals, and correspondence for accuracy and clarity

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to better connect with our workshop in France
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of the horse industry is a must !
