Sales Administrator

Istanbul, Turkey

The Sales Administrator plays a central and key role within ASUS sales organization.


This position is primarily responsible for completing administration of the sales/marketing processes for the Company. Success in this position depends on superior organization and time management, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled specialist who completes tasks in creative and effective ways. The ability to identify problems, analyze information and develop conceptual solutions to complex challenges is essential.


This individual takes ownership of the work requiring attention and is able to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.


About the job

  • Focus on internal report, such as PSI, Target tracker, promoter management control table
  • Responding to inquiries from customers for order status, product availability, product model name, part number etc.
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Processing marketing activities and sales related procedures
  • Generating and preparing weekly reports to Sales, Account Managers, and customers
  • Monitoring account inventories and sales number
  • Monitoring shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery
  • Multi-tasking, being able to shift priorities
  • Generating reports when sales or supervisors need
  • Working collaboratively with: Sales, product managers, forwarders, and distributors for shipments delivering to retailers; Logistics/Accounting/Service departments to ensure orders ship out/invoice on time and able to follow up on RMA/DOA cases
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time, at the discretion of management


Qualifications and background

  • Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism
  • Must have a keen eye to details
  • Excellent in Microsoft office especially in Excel
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proven communication skills both orally and written with customers and internal colleagues
  • Customer focused individual who believes in ensuring work is done efficiently and timely manner
  • Can foster a climate of trust and cooperation with colleagues
  • Some accounting experience a plus
  • Working experience more than two years, less than 5 yrs
  • IT/Mobile related industry
  • Better can communicate in English
