Job Summary

The Sales Advisor is responsible for guiding potential and existing clients through their learning journey by providing accurate information about programs, recommending suitable courses, and supporting them through the enrollment process. The role ensures a client-focused approach while contributing to enrollment targets and building long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and existing leads to share information about available programs.
  • Assess client needs and goals to recommend the most suitable course track.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to support timely decisions and successful enrollments.
  • Collaborate with academic and program teams to ensure proper client placement.
  • Support outreach initiatives by nurturing warm leads and maintaining relationships.
  • Contribute to achieving enrollment and engagement targets.
  • Ensure a client-centered approach in all interactions.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 0–2 years in customer service, tele-sales, or similar roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening and empathy.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
  • Understanding of enrollment or advisory processes (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Client-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision while meeting targets.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in handling different client needs.
