Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and existing leads to provide information about available programs and opportunities.
  • Assess client needs, interests, and goals to recommend the most suitable course track.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and progress using the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to support timely decision-making and ensure successful enrollment.
  • Collaborate with academic and program teams to align client placements with course requirements.
  • Support outreach initiatives by nurturing warm leads and building long-term client relationships.
  • Contribute to achieving enrollment and engagement targets while maintaining a client-centered approach.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, or advisory roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Active listening and empathy.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
