Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing property transactions, guiding clients through buying, selling, or leasing processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong client database through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close transactions.
- Manage end-to-end property sales and leasing processes in compliance with RERA and company policies.
- Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, agreements, and tenancy papers.
- Collaborate with developers, property owners, and investors to secure exclusive listings.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new projects.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales and leasing targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Sales Agent in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai/Abu Dhabi property market and RERA regulations.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- RERA Broker’s Card certification (preferred or required by company policy).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
