A Telecaller Sales Executive's job involves making outbound calls to prospective and current customers to sell products or services, handling inbound calls, and managing customer inquiries over the phone. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining customer records in a CRM, providing product information, persuading customers, and following up on leads to convert them into sales. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle rejection and work under pressure. Key responsibilities

  • Sales and lead generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell products or services, and handle inbound calls from interested customers.
  • Customer engagement: Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain solid customer relationships, handle their inquiries and complaints professionally, and follow up on leads.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales, and updated customer information in a CRM system.
  • Target achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Product and market knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to make suitable recommendations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
