Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with proven experience in selling mattresses, bedding, or sleep-related products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sleep wellness, understand customer needs, and provide expert guidance to help clients choose the right sleep solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers, identify their sleep needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of mattresses, bedding, and sleep accessories.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales support.
  • Maintain showroom display standards and ensure products are well presented.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in mattresses, bedding, furniture, or sleep-related products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Goal-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Presentable, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages will be an added advantage).

Preferred Skills:

  • Certified knowledge in sleep science or sleep wellness (optional but advantageous).
  • Experience in handling premium mattress or sleep solution brands.
