Job Title: Sales Agent
Location: Bazing, Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and customer service, looking to grow their career in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Promote and sell company products/services confidently and persuasively.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert calls into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Accurately record customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (sales experience will be an advantage).
• Ability to work evening shifts (3 PM – 11 PM).
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
