Job Title: Sales Executive Lahore Based

Job Description

Shiny Surface Dubai is looking for experienced and motivated Sales Executives based in Lahore to support our growing cleaning, maintenance, handyman, and appliance repair services in the UAE market.

This is a performance-driven role where candidates will be responsible for building their own leads, converting clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage own leads through digital channels and outbound sales efforts

• Sell services including:

• Cleaning services (residential & commercial)

• Maintenance services

• Handyman services

• Appliance repair services

• Identify potential clients in UAE market and convert them into paying customers

• Handle client communication via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms

• Maintain and update sales activities using CRM and SaaS tools

• Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with operations team in Dubai for service execution

• Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (services industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing & lead generation

• Hands-on experience with:

• Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram)

• LinkedIn sales & outreach

• Email marketing campaigns

• Working knowledge of Sales CRM tools (any CRM experience is acceptable)

• Familiarity with SaaS tools for sales tracking and management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independent

Salary & Commission

• Basic salary: Based on experience

• Commission: Performance-based (depends on achieved targets and working results)
