Job Title: Sales Agent (Housing Project)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our housing project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and guiding clients through the booking and payment process. This role offers a competitive basic salary along with high commission potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads (calls, walk-ins, site visits)
• Conduct site visits and effectively present project details to clients
• Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
• Coordinate with accounts and management for payment tracking and documentation

Compensation:

• Basic Salary + High Commission on each successful sale
• Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate / housing project sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Presentable and confident personality

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour
