Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Agent with proven experience in the trucking industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a solid understanding of trucking operations, freight management, and client acquisition.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales deals within the logistics sector, particularly in the USA market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the trucking and logistics industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, brokers, and clients
- Promote and pitch trucking/logistics services to potential customers
- Negotiate freight rates and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Strong understanding of freight, dispatching, and trucking operations
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and lead generation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
- Self-motivated, professional, and result-driven mindset
Job Details
- Location: Lakshmi Chowk, Lahore (Onsite)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
