Sales Agent - Call Center

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Agent to join our dynamic call center team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with prospective clients and nurturing existing relationships through outbound and warm calling. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage with potential customers through telemarketing efforts, clearly articulating product benefits and solutions tailored to their needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing exceptional customer service
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target audiences and refine outreach strategies for maximum impact
  • Follow up with leads consistently to nurture prospects into long-term customers and support business development goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred; familiarity with technology or software sales is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer data and sales activities
  • Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a professional and energetic demeanor
  • Knowledge of customer service principles combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Prior experience in marketing or business development roles is advantageous but not mandatory
