Job Title: International Campaign Sales Agent

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Salary Range: PKR 45,000 – 85,000 (Based on Performance)

Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic, confident, and highly motivated Experienced International Campaign Sales Agents to join our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international customers for sales campaigns
• Identify customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer handling standards
• Follow scripts, guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate call logs and sales records

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Prior call center or outbound sales experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work the night shift permanently
• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic computer and typing skills

Working hrs

• 7 Pm evening to 4 Am mid night Mondy to Friday.
• Pick & Drop available for Female staff from near by radius.
• Training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups with prospective clients
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and text to promote services
• Generate and manage leads in a structured database
• Work towards individual and team performance targets

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Confident, professional, and results-oriented approach
• Prior call center or sales experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, Email)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
