Sales Agent (Outbound)

Location: Onsite, Soan Garden Islamabad
Schedule: 6 PM to 3 AM (US shift)
Employment Type: Full time Salary 40k–50k base
Experience: Atleast 06 month

Role Overview

You will join a new outbound sales team responsible for cold calling, email outreach and scheduling appointments for our sales pipeline. This role is fast paced, target driven and requires strong communication skills to engage US and Canadian prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Send follow-up emails and maintain consistent communication with prospects
• Qualify leads based on scripts and discovery questions
• Schedule meetings directly on the team’s calendar
• Help with LinkedIn outreach when needed
• Keep CRM records accurate and updated
• Meet weekly KPIs for calls, conversations and appointments booked

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Must have experience in a BPO environment
• Previous exposure to US or Canadian campaigns
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
• Familiar with dialers, CRMs and basic outreach tools
• Reliable, disciplined and target oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
