Sales Agent (Pest Control)

The Sales Agent (Pest Control) will be responsible for driving sales of pest control services by identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting site assessments, and recommending appropriate solutions. It involves preparing proposals, coordinating service delivery with operations, and building strong client relationships. The role also focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and staying informed on industry trends to support business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients for pest control services (residential and commercial)
  • Promote and present company pest control solutions to customers
  • Conduct site inspections and assess pest issues to recommend appropriate treatments
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service agreements
  • Coordinate with operations to schedule service delivery for clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Stay updated on pest control services, products, and market trends


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales (pest control or facility services is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of pest control services and pest identification preferred
  • Valid Qatar driving license
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
