Sales Agent (Staff Augmentation)

We are a growing staff augmentation and resource outsourcing company based in Lahore, focused on connecting international businesses with top-tier tech and remote talent from Pakistan. Our services include providing vetted software developers, designers, QA engineers, and other IT professionals on-demand.

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Agent / Business Development Specialist to help us grow our client base in international markets (especially the US, UK, Canada, and GCC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach international clients (via LinkedIn, cold emails, Upwork, Clutch, etc.)
• Pitch our staff augmentation services to CTOs, hiring managers, and founders
• Conduct discovery calls and understand client hiring needs
• Work with internal recruiters to deliver suitable candidates
• Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and report weekly progress
• Close deals and maintain strong post-sales relationships

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in tech, outsourcing, or staffing)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, DevOps, QA, designers, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and lead generation tools
• Able to work independently and meet KPIs
