- Organizing and facilitating property viewings.
- Skillfully negotiating offers between potential buyers and sellers.
- Securing instructions and strategically pursuing new business prospects.
- Collaborating effectively within the team, helping as needed.
- Crafting positive customer experiences and managing inquiries with the utmost professionalism
- Possession of a valid Driving License.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to swiftly grasp and adapt to new CRM systems.
- Capability to work independently, take initiative, and foster new business growth.
