Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Property Consultants to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in property sales and leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in making sound property investment and purchasing decisions.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Analyze market trends and property values to identify investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Maintain an updated database of available properties and client records.
• Negotiate sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate with legal advisors and other stakeholders to facilitate property transactions.
• Stay informed about UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE real estate experience.
• Proven track record in real estate sales and leasing.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
