Sales agent/Truck dispatch US

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our growing team, Who will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our truck dispatching services by acquiring new business from USA trucking companies. The ideal candidate with a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and a keen interest in the logistics and transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the USA trucking industry.
• Identify and qualify leads, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
• Convert leads into potential sales.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Update CRM and maintain records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 6 months of sales specifically Dispatch Sales experience is required.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply for Telesales position.
• Excellent spoken English is a must.
• Ability to work during night shift hours (5 PM to 2 AM).
