Position Title: Sales Ambassador
Department: Retail / Sales
Location: On-site (On-site – Karachi)
Reports To: Shop In-charge / Retail Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-time – Permanent (subject to successful completion of a 3-month probation)
Compensation: PKR 40,000–45,000 base salary + commission

Role Overview

The Sales Ambassador serves as the face of Sonraj, delivering refined customer experiences, cultivating trust, and achieving sales goals that reflect the brand’s prestige.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and deliver an experience that reflects Sonraj’s luxury standards.
• Understand client preferences to offer thoughtful and personalized recommendations.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of each brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and product features.
• Consistently achieve or surpass personal and store sales targets.
• Maintain showroom displays that reflect brand elegance and visual excellence.
• Ensure stock accuracy and support timely product replenishment.
• Handle all sales transactions with precision and professionalism.
• Deliver prompt and courteous after-sales service, including warranty handling and client follow-ups.
• Uphold Sonraj’s brand image through polished presentation and conduct.
• Collaborate with the showroom team to provide a seamless and refined customer journey.

Requirements

Education: Intermediate or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Experience: 2–3 years in hospitality, customer service, or retail sales with exposure to premium brands, fashion, or luxury products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
