Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Self Storage Sales & Admin to join our self-storage team. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for driving rentals, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone/WhatsApp, and via email
  • Provide tours and recommend storage solutions based on customer needs
  • Close sales and complete rental agreements
  • Maintain accurate customer records using our self-storage management system
  • Process payments and manage accounts receivable
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and transfers
  • Monitor site security and report any issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of office and storage grounds
  • Assist with marketing and local outreach as needed

Qualifications:

  • Sales, retail, or customer service experience (self-storage experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tagalog speaker

Salary range varies depending on experience.
